| 1/2 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/4 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| Mix together then add to flour mixture: | |
| 3 | mashed bananas |
| 1 c | carrots |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/4 c | oil |
| 1/2 c | molasses |
| 1/2 c | sugar |
Bake at 350.
