Maple Mustard Chicken

1/4 c | pure maple syrup |
3 T | grainy mustard |
2 T | fresh dill, minced |
2 T | lemon juice |
1 T | olive oil |
1 T | balsamic vinegar |
2 tsp | lemon zest |
1 clove | garlic, minced |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
4 | chicken breasts |
Whisk together first 9 ingredients.
Put marinade and chicken in ziplock bag.
Marinate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place chicken breasts in casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
