Cauliflower Mashed "Potatoes"

1 head | cauliflower, cut into florets |
3 tbsp | milk |
1 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | sour cream |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
Salt | |

Place cauliflower in a saucepan filled with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 10 mins. Strain cauliflower and place florets in food processor. Add milk, butter, sour cream, garlic powder, and pinch of salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
