| 6 oz | butter |
| 6 oz | flour |
| 8 oz | powder sugar |
| 1 tsp | vanilla essence |
| 1 | egg |
Cream butter and sugar till soft and fluffy. Beat in essence and beaten egg.Sift flour and stir into mixture.Pipe mixture in rows 2 " apart allowing space to spread on greased baking trays.Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 mins. Remove tray when hot and put on wire mesh
