Fruit Crisp

Crumb Topping | |
1 stick | butter |
1 cup | flour |
1/3 cup | sugar |
1/4 cup | brown sugar, lightly packed |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | cinnamon |
Fruit Topping | |
2 TBSP | lemon juice |
1/4 cup | flour |
1/4 cup | sugar |
2 cups | fruit, (fresh or frozen) |
Directions
1. Mix crumb topping ingredients together til crumbly and holds shape when pressed together with fingers. Set mixture aside.
2. Mix the fruit and fruit fillings together. (Peel any fruit that had rind.)
3. For individual desserts, spray the bottom o small oven safe dishes with PAM or put in 8 inch pan.
4. Put fruit on bottom until pan is 3/4 full. Crumble topping over top of fruit.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and fruit is soft and gelled together.
