Crab cake sliders

2 1/2 tsp | Worcester sauce |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
1/3 cup | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | black pepper |
1 1/4 cups | bread crumbs |
1 | egg yolk |
dash | crushed red pepper |
3 Tbsp | chopped parsley |
dash Olb Bay Seasoning | |
1 lb | crab meat |
dash | salt |
1 Tbsp | butter |
Serves 4 - 6
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients.
Fold in breadcrumbs and parsley.
Fold in crab meat.
Form into 4 to 6 patties.
Melt butter in skillet.
Fry crab cakes in butter for 4-5 minutes on each side.
