    2 heads  garlic
      Olive oil
Pan roast garlic in oil and remove from pan and set aside.
    1/2 cup  butter
    1 can  chicken broth
    1 cup  milk, half n half, or cream
    2 cups  baby spinach leaves
    2  tomatoes, remove seeds n chop
    1  lemon
      Salt
      pepper

Bring broth to a boil. Boil about 5 min to reduce. Add milk and bring back to a boil. Summer for 5-10 min. When ready to serve, add spinach, tomatoe, and garlic. Summer for 1 minute until spin ache begins to wilt. Add lemon juice and cooked pasta of choice.
