Lemon cream sauce

Pan roast garlic in oil and remove from pan and set aside. | |
1/2 cup | butter |
1 can | chicken broth |
1 cup | milk, half n half, or cream |
2 cups | baby spinach leaves |
2 | tomatoes, remove seeds n chop |
1 | lemon |
Salt | |

Bring broth to a boil. Boil about 5 min to reduce. Add milk and bring back to a boil. Summer for 5-10 min. When ready to serve, add spinach, tomatoe, and garlic. Summer for 1 minute until spin ache begins to wilt. Add lemon juice and cooked pasta of choice.
