1 cup | warm water |
1 T | yeast |
1 T | sugar |
2 T | olive oil |
1 t | salt |
2.5 cups | flour |
3 T | melted butter |
Italian seasoning | |
Parmesan cheese | |
Garlic powder |
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, stir, and let sit until foamy (2 min). Add olive oil, salt, and flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Let rest for 10 min. Roll out and place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and top with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 min or until golden brown.
