3-4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts |
2 cups | mozzarella |
1 can | cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup | water |
1 cup | herb seasoned stuffing |
1/4 cup | melted butter |
Cover an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil and grease. Put the chicken in the pan and cover with cheese. Combine the soup and water in a separate bowl and then spoon the mixture over chicken. Sprinkle the stuffing on top. Drizzle the butter over the stuffing. Bake at 350 and serve with rice.
