1 t | sugar |
1/2 t | vanilla |
Pinch | salt |
1 cup | milk |
1 cup | flour |
2 T | melted butter |
Blend the eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk. Beat in the flour with a whisk, and then beat in the melted butter. This should look like heavy cream. Cook in a skillet that's med hot. You will know when to flip it when the crepe is dry.
