White Chicken and Spinach Lasagna

1 16 oz package | lasagna noodles |
1 1/2 lb | chicken breast, cubes and cooked |
2 Tbsp | olive |
vegetable oil, alternative | |
1 10 oz package | frozen spinach, thawed and drained |
1 7 oz package | cream cheese |
3 cups | mozzarella cheese |
1 16 oz package | ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
1 tsp | Italian seasoning |
2 | garlic cloves, minced |
2 Tbsp | milk |
1 | egg |
Cook lasagna according to package directions. Sauté chicken with garlic and Italian seasoning in oil. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, milk, and egg. Add cooked chicken and spinach to cheese mixture.
In a 13x9 baking dish, layer cheese and noodles, using approximately 1 cup of cheese mixture per layer. Top with remaining mixture, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
