| 6 oz | shredded fat free or low fat cheddar |
| jack cheese, alternative | |
| 1 cup | pace picante sauce |
| 1 cup | finely chopped celery |
| jicama, alternative | |
| 3 oz | fat free or light cream cheese |
| 1/2 cup | sliced green onions including tops |
1/2 tea garlic powder
8 1 oz flour tortillas
Combine chicken 1/2 of jack or cheddar cheese 1/3 cup picante sauce celery cream cheese onions and garlic powder mix spoon mixture on tortillas . Roll up and place seam side down on sprayed dish .spoon remaining picante sauce on top cover with foil and bake 350 for 20 min top with remaining cheese makes four servings two enchiladas each
