2 cups | cooked chicken, ( cut or tear into sm pieces ) |
1/2 lb | longhorn cheddar cheese mild, ( grated ) |
1/2 lb | Monterey cheese grated |
1 dozen corn tortillas torn into 1 inch squares Mix to gather and warm | |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
1 soup can | milk |
1 7 oz can | green chile salsa |
2 | green onions chopped |
In baking pan layer 1/2 chicken 1/2 tortilla 1/2 soup mixture 1/2 both cheeses repeat until used up top with cheese let set in refrigerator for 24 hours bake uncovered for 30 min at 350. Serves eight. This recipe came from Sue Chapman
