Eggnog Jello Shots

| 1 pkg. | Knox unflavored Gelatin |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1 cup | eggnog |
| 1/2 | Brandy, ( Rum or Bourbon works too) |
| Nutmeg |
Start with a saucepan & measure 1 cup of water. Sprinkle in 1 envelope of Knox Gelatin & then slowly bring to a boil. While heating, add 1/4 cup of sugar. Stir well to ensure that all ingredients are completely dissolved. Remove from heat & allow to cool for 15-20 min. In the meantime, combine eggnog with Brandy. Flavor with nutmeg to taste. After your gelatin mixture has cooled, combine with the eggnog mixture. Stir well & pour into Jell-O shots cups. For an extra garnish, feel free to add a bit of whipped cream & sprinkle with dusting of nutmeg
