Candied Yams

1 cup | brown sugar |
1/4 cup | butter |
1/4 cup | water |
2 lg cans | sweet potatoes |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Add sugar, butter, water & salt. Cook mixture boils. Add yams & cook slowly, turning occasionally for about 20 mins or until potatoes are caramelly. Put in baking dish. Cover top with mini marchmellows, put in oven until tops of marsh mellows turn brown.
