Irish Brown Bread

    2 cups  white flour
    2 cups  stone of steel ground wheat flour
    1 tsp.  sugar
    1 tsp.  salt
    1tsp.  baking soda
    2 cups?  buttermilk

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Combine the dry ingredients.

Slowly add buttermilk until you can form a ball.

Flatten into a 2" round. Score with a knife and bake for 40 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet.

Leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
