Irish Brown Bread

2 cups | white flour |
2 cups | stone of steel ground wheat flour |
1 tsp. | sugar |
1 tsp. | salt |
1tsp. | baking soda |
2 cups? | buttermilk |
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Slowly add buttermilk until you can form a ball.
Flatten into a 2" round. Score with a knife and bake for 40 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet.
Leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
