Serves: 6 Ingredients
    1-15 oz. can  black beans, rinsed and drained
    1½ c.  frozen corn, thawed, (you can use also use fresh corn)
    2 large  tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 large  avocado, peeled and chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
    ¼ c.  chopped cilantro
    3-4 T.  fresh lime juice
    2 T.  olive oil
    1 T.  red wine vinegar
    1 tsp.  salt
    1 tsp.  pepper

Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill. Garnish with avocado and fresh cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips!
