Salmon teriyaki

1/4 cup | packed brown sugar |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tbsp | water |
2 tbsp | rice vinegar |
2 tsp | sesame oil |
2 tsp | minced fresh ginger |
2 tsp | corn starch |
1 1/2 tsp | fresh minced ginger |
4 | salmon fillets |
2 tsp | sesame seeds |
3 tbsp | fresh cilantro |
1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking oil.
2. Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, water, vinegar, oil, corn starch, garlic, ginger together in a small saucepan. Cook until thickened and smooth.
3. Place salmon on sheet spoon half of sauce over salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in oven for 10 min approx.
4. Garnish with cilantro sesame seeds and remaining sauce
