Chewy milk chocolate cookies

| 1. Beat 2/3 melted butter, 2 cups lightly packed brown sugar, vanilla, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp hot water, mix well. |
2. Stir in 2 2/3 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt.
3. Stir in 1 pkg 270 g milk chocolate chips.
4. Drop from small spoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min. Makes 5 dozen.
