spicy thai slaw

2tsp | wasabi paste |

1tsp | salt |
1Tbsp | dijion mustard |
4 Tbsp | orange juice |
1 Tbsp | grated ginger |
1Tbsp | sesame oil |
1/4C | Olive Oil |
Toss together | |
1/2 Head | shredded napa cabbage |
2 C | thinly sliced snow peas |
1Lb | thinly sliced asparagus |
2 | thinly sliced shallots |
2 thinly sliced fresno chiles
then toss veggies with dressing. optional toppings would be 2tsp sesame seeds and up to 1 cup hard salty cheese.
