Lentil Soup with Quinoa andChickpeas

1 cup | red lentils |
2-3 cups | chicken stock |
1 can | chickpeas |
1 cup | cooked quinoa |
Salt Nd pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a thick. Bottomed saucepan and fry the onions. Add the ground spices and stir until automatic. Add the garlic and ginger and stir. Add the lentils and toss in the mix for one minute. Add the chicken stock and cook on high until comes to a boil.lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste. Remove for. Heat and lend. Add the drained and rinsed chickpeas and simmer for Nother five minutes. Take off heat and stir I. Quinoa.
