Honey mustard chicken

2-4 | chicken thighs, breasts keeping skin on keeps chicken moist |
2 tsp | mustard |
1/4 to 1/3 of clear honey | |
Pinch | salt |
Ground black pepper |
I tbsp of olive oil
1 preheat oven 250c in a large bowl, mix mustard honey and olive oil.
Add salt until you get right taste (pure orange juice can be added your choice just a little bit )
2 salt the chicken lay in tray/shallow dish. Spoon the honey mustard sauce over the chicken
3 bake for 45-55 mins checking cooked thoroughly / juices run clear
You can sprinkle ground black pepper on at this point before dishing out spoon the sauce over chicken that is left your choice
