Onion Dip with Bacon

| 2 medium | onions thinly sliced |
| 1tbsp | oil |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 4 | chopped scallions |
| 6 slices | cooked crumbled bacon, (optional) |
Cook onion in oil on a skillet over medium heat until golden. Place on a plate and cool, chop and mix with the rest of ingredients. Mix in crumbled bacon and serve.
