CHICKEN Sweet and sour pineapple chicken

1lb | chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 | egg white |
2T | cornstarch |
flour | |
1/4 tsp | salt n pepper |
1/3 c | veg oil |
1/3 c | chicken broth |
3T | ketchup |
1T | soya sauce, vinegar |
2t | ginger |
1t | sugar |
1onion. Chopped 1pepper. In cubes | |
1c | drained pineapple |
In bowl combine chicken, flour, cornstarch, egg white. Let stand 10 minutes
In wok heat chicken until brown remove to plate
Add broth, 1/3 c water, soya sauce, vinegar, ginger, sugar to reserved corn starch.
Take all, but 1 T oil , stir fry onion and pepper
Add chicken , pineapple, and stock mixture. Cook until sauce is thickened.
