• crush Gabi to thicken sabaw
- let Sabaw sinaing boil
- add pork, tomatoes, onion
- remove floating fat let it boil for about 40 mins
- add Gabi 1/2 of Sabaw sinaing mix, salt, pepper, patis
- when Gabi is tender, add okra, sile
- let it boil
- add Buk Choy on top
