Foccacia Bread

1 cup | water (80 F) |
1/3 cup | olive oil |
2 teaspoons | sugar |
1 teaspoon | salt |
3 cups | bread flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons | active dry yeast |
1 teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons | oregano, dried |
1/3 cup | garlic, coarsely chopped |
1/3 cup | parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
For bread machine set at 1.5 lb., program at dough, mix the first ingredients and add to pan. At the beep add italian seasoning. With oiled hands, evenly press dough into a greased 9X13 inch pan. Using your fingertips, make indentations in the dough. Cover; let rese ain a warm place for 30 minutes our until almost double in size. While the dough is rising, prepare the last five ingredients. Heat olive oil stir in oregano and garlic then immediately remove from heat. Use fingers to press dimples into dough again. Spoon mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until done.
