Banana Nut Bread

1/2 cup | butter |
1 cup | sugar |
2 | eggs |
3 | bananas, mashed |
2 cups | flour |
1 teaspoon | baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 cup | sour cream |
1/2 cup | nuts |
Beat butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Stir in bananas.
Add flour, soda and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Add sour cream and pecans. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into a well greased loaf pan (muffin pans can be substituted).
Bake at 350 for one hour or until done (toothpick comes out clean).
