carota grattuggiata - mandorle a lamelle qb - un filo olio -Sale finissimo -un goccio vino -Fecola di patate qb
Procedimento:
Tagliate il pollo a pezzetti. Rosolate l'olio e le carote nella padella e versate il pollo. Aggiungete la fecola, le mandorle, salate e da ultimo il vino.Portate a cottura mescolando di tanto in tanto.
Servite ben caldo.
