Bacon zucchini Quiche

1/4 lb. | bacon |
2 Med | zucchini sliced in half & quartered |
1/2 tsp | salt |
3 Lg | eggs |
3/4 cup | milk |
3/4 cup | heavy cream |
1/4 cup | sheep cheese |
1 8"" pie crust
Bake pie crust per directions then cool
Cook bacon until slightly brown at med high heat then remove and drain
Add sliced zucchini and 1/4 tsp salt and cook until lightly brown remove
and drain Warm milk, salt and cream until just before boil, beat eggs and
slowly add milk mixture, whisking together then add cheese and pour
Into pie shell Place shell on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 min
until set Let cool 15 min and serve
