      Brown sugar

Salt pepper

-clean meat
-marinate meat with salt pepper calamansi garlic 2x sandok of vinegar & soy sauce
-transfer to stainless kaldero
-add water - level
-bring to a boil season with salt & pepper
-on first boil separate meat then fry on stainless wok when meat is slightly toasted return it to the adobo sauce mixture
-season with salt and pepper if needed
-pamantikain ang manok at baboy
