| 1 tbs | fresh lemon juice |
| 2 tsp | chopped tarragon leaves |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp | ground black pepper |
Mix & refrig up to 8 hrs
Drain before serving if chilled longer than an hour
