    3 lg  Russet Potatoes
    3 tbsp  butter
    1/4 cup  milk
    1/2 tsp  salt
      pepper
    2 tsp  chives, chopped
      Pork
    3 tbsp  flour
    1/2 tsp  salt
      pepper
1 pork tenderloin sliced in 1/2in coins
    1 tbsp  olive oil
    1 cup  mushrooms sliced
    3/4 cup  beef broth
    1/4cup  sour cream
    1 tsp  Rosemary

Boil potatoes, drIn very well

Warm butter and milk in saucepan, mash potatoes, stir in warm milk and butter, salt, pepper and chives.

Mix foul with half the salt and pepper, and dredge pork slices. Heat half the oil, salute pork 3 - 5 min per side. Remove corm pan. Heat remaining oil and mushrooms and cook for 5 min.

Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, add the pork and cook for 5 min. Turn off heat, mix in sour cream and rosemary.
