PLAIN WAFFLES
Mix 4 c cake flour, 4 tbl sugar.
Add 2 c milk, ½ c water. Beat.
Add 6 egg yolks, 1 tsp salt
Add 12 tbl butter, 2 tbl baking powder
Fold in 6 egg whites beaten stiff and 1 tsp salt
Cook and serve with syrup
