| 2 cups | ice cubes |
| 1 cup | fresh strawberries, hulled and halved |
| 1/2 coarse lay chopped fresh basil | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | stevia |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1 quart | sparkling water |
In a high powered blender, purée the strawberries, basil and stevia and water until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Pour 1/4 cup of the strawberry mixture into each glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water.
