Balsamic Rosemary Beets

4 | beets, peeled and cut into 1 inch squares |
1 tablespoon | olive oil |
1 tablespoon | vinegar |
1 tablespoon | minced fresh rosemary |
Black pepper | |
sea salt |
Preheat the oven to 400*F. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Transfer the beets to a 9 by 13 baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and baked for another 10 to 20 minutes until the beets are tender.
