BBQ Rub - Italian

1/4 C | dried Italian seasoning |
3 T | Paprika |
2 T | Brown sugar, (optional) |
4 t | Ancho chili or hot chili powder |
2 t | Ground cumin |
2 t | Celery salt |
11/2 t | Garlic-pepper seasoning |
Combine all ingredients and use as a rub on pork ribs. Makes about 3/4 cup of rub.
