1/4 c | fresh herbs |
1/8 | salt |
Black pepper | |
2 c | flour |
1 1/2 c | Parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin tins. In a small saucepan heat milk until warm. In a large bowl whisk eggs, herbs salt, and pepper. Add warm milk and whisk so eggs don't cook. Sift flour into milk mixture. Fill tin pans 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 mins. Check for coolness.
