Au Gratin Potatoes and Ham

6 medium | sliced peeled potatoes |
1/2 cup | onion, coarsely chopped |
1 1/2 cup | cubed cooked ham |
4 oz | american cheese, shredded |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup | milk |
1/4 tsp | dried thyme leaves |
1. In 3-4 quart slow cooker, layer half each of the potatoes, onion, ham and cheese. Repeat layers. In a small bowl, mix soup, milk and thyme; pour over top. | |
2. Cover and cook on high 1 hour. | |
3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 6-8 hours. |
