4 cups | tomatoes, finely chopped |
1/2 cup | minced onion |
1/2 cup | minced celery |
1/4 cup | minced green pepper |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
3 T | chopped green chilies |
2 T | red wine vinegar |
1 tsp. | mustard seed |
1 tsp. | ground coriander |
1 tsp. | salt |
Dash | pepper |
1 large bag | tortilla chips |
Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover and chill for several hours. Serve as a dip with the chips or as a sauce for other dishes.
