Ingredients
    1/2 lb  hamburger
    1/2 lb  pork
    1/2 lb  sirloin
    1  russet potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2  yellow onion, diced
    1  green pepper, diced
    2 large  tomatoes
    3  fresh garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbs (heaping)  tomato paste
    1 Tbs  olive oil
    1 Tbs  salt
    1 tsp  coarse ground pepper
    2 Tbs  ground cumin
Optional:
    1/4 cup  Olives and, or Raisins
      Roasted Red Pepper to taste

Directions
1- Heat a large skillet and add olive oil.
2- Add ground meats and onions. When lightly browned, add green pepper, garlic, and all spices. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3-Add diced potatoes. Cover, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for about 40 minutes, until potatoes are done.
4- Add tomatoes, olives and raisins. Cook for 5 minutes.
5- Add tomato paste to thicken sauce.
6-Remove from heat; and serve with rice and plantains.
