| 120 g | burro morbido |
| 100 g | panna liquida |
| 110 g | miele |
| 150 g | zucchero di canna |
| 1 cucchiaio | ruhm |
| 5 | uova |
Tritare le noci grossolanamente. Mescolare burro, zucchero, miele, panna, ruhm. Aggiungere i tuorli uno per volta, poi le noci e le chiare a neve.
Mettere nella crostata e cuocere.
