CHICKEN POT PIE

1pkg. | Stove top dressing. 12 mushrooms sliced |
1 med. | onion. 2 TB butter |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup, (thinned with milk) |
2-3 cooked chicken breasts. 1 pie crust
Prepare stuffing, pat into greased pie pan. Put chicken on top. Place sautéed mushrooms and onions on top (with juice). Place mushroom soup on top. Place pie crust on top. Brush with egg yoke and water. Bake at 350* 1/2-1 hour until top is golden brown and inside is bubbly.
