      Chopped green onions, (a lot) Butter
    2-3 TB  Dijon. 2-3 TB Dijon with whole seeds
      Lemon zest, juice. Salt and pepper to taste

Make paste and spread on salmon. Bake at 400* for 20mins or broil until brown then bake till done.
