| Chopped green onions, (a lot) Butter | |
| 2-3 TB | Dijon. 2-3 TB Dijon with whole seeds |
| Lemon zest, juice. Salt and pepper to taste |
Make paste and spread on salmon. Bake at 400* for 20mins or broil until brown then bake till done.
