Raspberry Dark Chocolate Banana Bread

2 cups | flour |
3/4 tsp | baking soda |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 cup | sugar |
4 tbsp | butter, room temp |
2 | eggs |
1 1/2 cups | mashed ripe banana, (about 3 bananas) |
1/3 cup | plain low fat yogurt |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1 cup | dark chocolate chunks or chips |
1 cup | halved raspberries tossed in 1 tbsp flour |
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
Beat sugar and butter until well blended (about 1 min). Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add banana, yogurt and vanilla and beat until blended. Stir in flour mixture just until moist. Stir in chocolate and raspberries.
Bake for 50-60 mins. Cool for 15 mins in pan before removing.
