Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

| 1 cup | flower |
| 1 teaspoon | baking powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | baking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 2 tablespoons | unsalted butter, room temp |
| 1/2 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1/2 cup | light brown sugar |
| 1 large | egg |
| 1/4 cup | unsweetened applesauce |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 1 1/2 cups | rolled oats, (not instant) |
| 1/2 cup | raisins |
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In small bowl Whisk flour, baking powder & soda and salt
3. In large bowl beat butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, then egg, applesauce, and vanilla.
4. Stir in dry ingredients then oats and raisins
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes
