Pesto - Basil Dressing

| 15 | Basil Leaves |
| 3 TBS | Pine Nuts |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic |
| 5 TBS | Olive Oil |
Directions:
1) Toast 3 TBS pine nuts in a dry skillet until slightly brown.
2) Transfer the pine nuts to an immersion blender bowl, blender or food processor
3) Pick 15, fresh basil leaves
4) Chop 2 medium garlic cloves in course pieces
5) Add the garlic to the blender bowl
6) Add some salt and pepper, the fresh basil, 5 TBS olive oil to the blender bowl
7) Pulse, Pulse, Pulse until it is a flavorful, fragrant and wonderfully green dressing
