0.25 cup | cooking white wine |
0.5 cup | water |
1 | bay leaves |

Serve with potato puree. |
Sauté parsley and onion in the butter. Put the mix in the meat and roll. Roll the bacon strips around the meat and hold with a toothpick if necessary. Put in a heated fry-pan (without oil) and sauté while turning until it tooks some color. Remove the bacon fat from the pan. Add the wine, the water and the spices. Let it cook covered 30min to 1h15, depending on the quality of the meat.
Serve with potato puree.
