Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to half-inch thickness Lowry's Seasoned Salt | |
6 slices | Bacon |
1/4 cup | regular mustard |
1/3 cup | honey |
2 T | mayo |
2 tsp | dried onion flakes |
1 cup | sliced fresh mushrooms |
2 cups | shredded Colby, Jack cheese |
Sprinkle & rub breasts with Lowry's, cover & refrigerate for 30 min.
Cook bacon in lg skillet until crisp @ set aside. Save drippings.
Sauté chicken in bacon grease 3-5 min per side or until browned, then place in a 9x13 Pyrex dish or pan.
Combine mustard, honey, mayo & onion flakes in a bowl to make the Honey Mustard. Spread some over each breast, then layer with mushrooms, crumbled bacon & shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until cheese is melted & chicken is done. Serve with leftover honey-mustard.
