Wholemeal and Nut Bread 500 mls milk | |
2 tablespoons | olive oil |
2 tablespoons | red wine vinegar |
450 grams | wholemeal flour |
2 teaspoons | bread soda |
1 teaspoon | sugar |
1 teaspoon | salt |
Mix all the wet ingredients in one bowl
Mix the dry ingredients in another
Now mix the wet into the dry
Line your loaf tin with butter or parchment paper
Fill the tin with the mix
Bake for 1 hour at 200c /400f /gas 6
