Blue Cheese Butter

| 1/2 cup | butter, softened |
| 1/2 cup | margarine, alternative |
| 1/2 cup | crumbled blue cheese |
| 1 tablespoon | chopped parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | chopped fresh basil |
| 1 teaspoon | dried basil, alternative |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
Directions
In a small bowl combine butter, blue cheese, parsley, basil and garlic.
Top steaks or hot vegetables with a generous amount of the butter mixture.
Chill the remaining butter for another time.
